Ashish yoga fitness school offers 200 hours intense multi style yoga teacher training course affiliated to yoga alliance usa in the world-renowned yoga center bangalore.
Importance will be given for both theory, practical and adjustment.
200 hours ashtanga,hatha and multi style yoga teacher training is designed in such a manner as it is beneficial for both beginner and advanced practitioner to improve their physical, mental and spiritual intensity.
